my bod ached frm ytd's intensive trAining aT Griffiths..cAnt believe it man,we spent e whole day prac on e low beam dere..(fell dwn while doing handstand on it-tink my ankle abit twisted,cuz wen pting toe tt time gt e feeling of smt being pulled..or isit my calf[spelt like tt rite?] muscle aching?wadeva.) i lOVE e springboard dere!it's like so b0unCy!!had a fUN time usIng e vAult dere-manAged tO juMP prOperlY.. :D hEex..
